I have aged the tritium of symbols and so also of the hands. I also aged the bezel .. giving it a vintage look. The final result is pleasant. When you can show us yours.

I used a very basic method. I colored the affected index fingers with a permanent marker. Then I proceeded to put the transparent nail polish and then dried and fixed with a UV lamp. Until now it is holding. I know that it is possible to do this job by also removing the ceramic insert to paint it from below, but there is a very high risk of breaking it while pulling it out of the bezel.
