Strange, it is marked UT and 6497, but the regulator is not a fully working one, apart from part of it is over the arm...
At first it looked like an Asian clone, but now I am not completely certain.
the base of this movement is an eta and on top there are these movement stickers I’m sure.
look at the picture well

mmmm, now I’m no more sure self. the mainplate is stamped eta, the bridge design is from panerai and also I know from asian 6497, the shock protection looks different too

That must be a fake.
Here’s a gen picture. The slow and fast marks aren’t bold like that one.

Gen looks much smoother.. This from ebay is kind of suspicious. Baseplate is ok: eta 6497-1,
Bridges have different finish and color of nickel plating.
Shockprotection on gen is Incabloc, this one has Novodiac...
Also Etachron regulator is common one, it simply doesn't fit well on that spring because arm should be slightly thinner...
Possibly franken but not 100% sure...

I’ve owned one of these Swiss rep movements (or similar) in the past.
6497-1
Swiss main plate
That’s all I remember.

I agree ... I may have one or two of those movements around here. Back from the days of Eddie Lee.
Bridge plates are really shitty stamped ... novodiac shock system (because no Rep had repped Incabloc yet with all those sword and swan neck features).
Even today ... the best of best stamped 6497-2 repped movement seen in 127 cannot match the look of the genuine movement
