Sorry, that was about my travel, not Dmitry's... Last time I heard from him, was an email today 04:19, which read:
"Good morning,
We have been at the border since 4 am. There are few people and cars, so everything is going according to schedule.
At 8-9 am, the girls will cross the border and they will be taken to Dolny Kubin, where they will be waiting for you until tomorrow morning.

Good luck to you and good luck to all of us!"

As for me, I'm currently in Warszaw, so still have some 300km (and change) to go today...

And a big Thank You to everybody who paypaled me the money. It is a big help. Thank You!

Excellent news, Is there any chance Dmytro can make it out of Ukraine? Is he willing to leave? Are you going to take them to her family in Lithuania?

I simply burst into tears when I saw it for the first time. And it's actually not so about money, but attitude. I love you all, chaps!
I have a rare opportunity to get to the forum since internet connection is a as way too slow where I am now. But I do want to tell you 2 things - 1. My girls are safe already and they are in Slovakia these minutes. Audrius (Spade) keeps driving to them though I can only imagine how tired he is. It's just something incredible. My deep respect, Sir.
2. You can't even imagine how how I appreciate you for your fundraising initiative. I would never ask about it myself. But I can promise that this fund down to the last penny will be spent on logistics, safety and settling. I'm not sure whehter we can ever get back to Kyiv again. Some other big cities like Kharkov, Zhitomir, Kherson, Melitopol, etc. are literally on fire. Occupants shell the civilian population day and night, there's nothing sacred for them. Only a week ago my lovely country was so beuatiful, piecful, democratic and very kind to all the world in respect to race, nationality, langualge and so on. Just spend 3min of you time and have a look what they are doing to it now...
But it will definitely rise from the ashes, even more beautiful and what is the most important - stronger.

A few seconds from 02:00 to 02:05 were shot by my neighbour from the house where we live in Kyiv.
