The watch is very beautiful, if you change the dial with vintage lume cali dial, will be perfect!

Mh, I think it's called WL because ... let's say "real lugs" are welded to the case and not just wires ...
Panerai named them MODIFIED 3646 WITH SOLID LUGS ...

It's pseudo-officially known as "transitional 3646" and it's a design from 1961
