I found that wearing a bracelet of beads or two help to create an illusion of a bigger wrist and avoid the abrupt contrast between lug bar and a smaller naked wrist...

TXS, but as you can see, a 60mm EGI looks like carrying the wearer in most (about 99%) cases. ;)
