There are some modifications of 3602. One of them has a kind of swan neck. Though I really doubt in its functional value.

That's some misinformation...
For one the regulator is not russian invention - it's a (insignificantly) modified Zenith regulator.
For two - watches with precision regulator (well, at least some of them) were intended to be used as railroad watches in soviet railways and even came with the timing slip (most of which obviously are lost long ago... just like with Vostok Precisions, which all came with timing slips too). So I wouldn't say that you "should stay away" from them - if anything they are one of the better Molnijas... And btw - these Molnijas are the only "thick" (i.e. later model) movements which do have nice cdg's, like the early ones.
