I couldn’t find anything in patent databases online, but looking up 128780 + pocket watch on eBay, completed auctions I found some with the same crown. The movements look pretty rudimentary in engineering and materials, but have some nice curves. I’m not sure on the size, but surprisingly some have shock protection.

Thanks, couldn't find much on pocketwatch database as well.

True that, sometimes amazing finds show up and the only reason they are there for the taking is that nobody else noticed the little details. One of my favorites are are the old braille pocketwatches. For some reason when they go up on eBay there often isn’t a picture of the movement.
The Gotham braille pocket watches sometimes have an old AS 17 jewel shock protected movement, or really nicely finished 18 jewel Unitas 285 (6497). I’ve seen a few that also have Cortebert 616s, but haven’t gotten that lucky yet. Another kinder egg is the old Turkish railway pocket watches, those can have 616s in them sometimes.
And then there’s the real unicorns, the Unicorn. Sometimes those will say Unicorn on the dial, but in the back the movement is stamped Rolex.

Looks like a 1920s art deco style, what's in there? I hope Hamilton or the like.
Same thought about Art Deco , but I'm afraid there is really few chances to find a nice Hamilton movement in this watch with Swiss "Brevet"...
@Nottingham
A quick search with “Brevet 128780”, will give you an idea of the movements...

It seems to me that the crown was added later.. and that it does not fit.. I don't think you lose anything if you miss this watch..

Yep, sure, but this seller, even After my "step by step on how to do it", didn't manage to do so, pretending he didn't wanna break his gem!
