Excellent! I'm sure you're able to achieve a jeweller work.
Just in case: I could laser engrave the numbers, indices and small second recess for you,
but no solution for sunburst....
Nowadays, sunburst pattern in made with a thin brush wheel and radial move,
but back in the days, they were used to do it with a stone and a ruler.
Another option for your project is to use applied indexes from existing dials, then paste on your own sunburst engraved plate.
