Yes, mainly the height and lateral shape. Please, take a look at this picture (almost self-explanatory)
Ooops 6152-1 is very thick.
This is why I liked immediately the 6154 Egiziano Piccolo.

Same question about 37mm dial size.
Since it's meant to be close to gen specs, yes, it will take those dials.
