Ok, here it is, S. LaRose stopped a long time ago and one of the workers (Jim) took over the inventory and started a site PTPWP until he had issues with his eyes and let the business go to Esslinger. Jim saved my 18 size 1905 Hamilton grade 923 movement made for Imperial Canada, thanks Jim - wherever you are!

Jim and I chatted a lot 10-15 years ago and I fear that he is gone now, damn - time flies!

Anyways, I bought all the American screws he had, 10.000 plus, gold balance screws, case and movements screws. I was a maniac then, possibly still am..

So, here it is, BOOMSKI! Two original Hamilton NOS case screws with your name on it. I looked at the 669 I have here and picked two just like them at the first attempt.

Pay forward, remind me of your shipping address in a PM and I will make it happen ASAP.

Reminds me of a record from the 1970s, Moody Blues, Every good boy deserves a favor. I was crazy in love with a blonde wildcat then....a story for another time.

Today I have to collect the package at the post office, because that idiot postman didn't find anyone at home, he left me the notice for collection today.
So I hope to finish everything in the day.

I just picked up the screws at the post office. As I went home I proceeded to mount the screws on the pocket watch.
30 seconds of work to finish this wonderful Hamilton 669.
Really gorgeous .... which will add to my collection of pocket watches.
I feel compelled to thank Michael for the umpteenth time ... who gave me the screws.
And now some photos with the finished watch.
