Hahaha, first off I love the newly coined phrase "unbubbling". It fits our hobby so well.
Now, let's talk Tan's new Penis brand. I think it has a place beside the Muff Diver. I vote a Sponsor section for the Penis Sub. Keep the prototype above for the archives, could be worth a few bucks. Can't wait for you to get a proper Penis from Ross.

I was thinking to get thiamine because I like the case shape and would like to build a Zenith pilot type 20 homage. But!! Hardlex glass.. what about crown stem for a mechanical movement? And movement holder for a reliable movement?
Hm, just still thinking...

Radiomir I have owned a CURREN before and it was OK quality. A classic Hublot homage.

Good to know. But I am just curious if there any chance to use this one as a basic watch for homage. I would replace the dial with custom one and movement with an automatic. Not sure about the crystal.

Really depends on the original movement, dial opening etc. I would start with estimating the dial size...usually the dial size is a good indicator of the max diameter. If the watch is slim and the movement a quartz, you might have issues putting in a thicker automatic.

—-THIS IS THE OFFICIAL END OF THE SERIOUS REVIEW
So I decided that part 1 to the mod should increase my odds at my local bar scene... after all the local guys with their flashy Rolexes and 600hp sports cars seem to get all the girls. Being creative the way I THInK I am... I decided to mod my PARNIS....it’s no Rolex, but it can help me with the girls for sure.
...
I LOVE where this is going. Subscribing for two reasons: I have a P(e)arnis incoming to tinker with, and you're freaking hilarious, guy.

Rotorua , The Penis is currently undergoing surgery. It might take a while but I’m excited....
Hmmmmm. Doesn’t sound like a watch forum post.

It's been a week now. Has your Pearnis healed? ... Ermm, I mean... Any modifications done already? I am wearing my Parnis 44mm pilot today, and it keeps better time than a few watches worth 500x that. This weekend, I'll disassemble it to see what I can do to vintagize it.
