I’ve always appreciated that we never needed to find members. I stumbled here when searching for Getat watches once.

Aside from that fraudster who was on IG making up stories about HF, it has always been a place you just “find” if you look into the hobby.

Yes, but I feel like many people have been discouraged after they couldn’t sign up to the old forum. So this can be a push to let people know that it’s still out there and they can become members.

I was actually one such person. Thankfully, I knew mellons was a mod here and I knew him from another watch forum. So I managed to pm him and I got in.

Just wanted to say, that is exactly what happened with me. I tried the last few months to register on the old forum with no success. I didn't lurk as much after that and then one day I noticed the sticky to come join the new forum.
