There seem to be a lot of watches with Seiko 7T32 on the bay.

Yes, I have seen that, but it will mean that I will have to butcher a watch to save mine.
If I can find a cheap and working ugly one, then it's okay.

Could you please ask them if there is a replacement for the 7T32? I asked, but they didn't answer...

I am not very much into quartz movements, especially not this one, and I wonder what the last four letters/digits mean? Like 7T32-6a6c and so on, do one of you guys know?

That is the model number of the watch.
Another example would be 6309-7040, which I happen to have one of and as you probably already guessed, it has the 6309 movement

It's that simple, thanks!

I'd appreciate any lead to a battered chronograph with a working 7T32 movement, or a Y182B Pulsar by Shiojiri, Hattori, Epson, Seiko and what not.
I am prepared to wait and see what happens next, but I would rather not butcher a good looking watch to save my own.

Latin was standard in school and I guess that is why I understand a lot of Spanish and Italian.
I guess that the seller says that the movement is not working despite a new battery?
