This is sure a great find! A rare case design indeed. May not come around again soon if this is gone!

Very nice find and am 99% sure that it’s an Esdee case set.
The lever does look to be stainless steel and may have been requested by the original owner.
I worked on one of these with a bezel issue and the lever was bronze.
Note: Esdees bronze cases are “phosphor bronze” and are a higher grade than you would typically find.

I’d get it myself but the watch fund is in the negative :-/
