I still need to send you my movements M.

Does this mean you wouldn't work on them until the season changes?
I take it much easier during summer, I spend more time in the archipelago and out there I haven't much time over for watches.
I reckon it will be mid August before I am back to normal life.
I have concentrated on the inside of the summer house for a couple of years and this year I need to take care of the outside and the garden, fallen trees, installing an aircondition system and a little this and that.

I plan to rest a little as well.

Well, you could use pictures and perhaps video...instead of hand written notes on Rodico wrappers :D :D

M ... it would be great to see a build of the 240 ... I have one here that has been newly modded, however seems that mainspring is shot ... wind and wind ... to no end.

It would be great to see the steps required to convert/rebuild these movements.

The barrel arbour might have just disconnected from the mainspring. Or come loose from the wall of the barrel.

If the spring isnt snapped it can probably be reset.

Might need to bend the end of the spring around the arbor a bit to make it so that it catches again.
