Hahaha.

The 50mm monster Fiddy case is still with NZ waiting for fitting the bigger 8 day movement. I think the 8 day movement size is around 45mm and you need to consider the overall movement thickness as well.

Here's another 2 beautiful 8 day's movement which deserves to be put into a case IMHO. I am not sure the size though! But I remember I did saw a build with these movement from a member back then.ImageImage

Both can be used in Egi 55 and 60mm.
Double barrel if it is a thin version can be used in 6152 with lathe mods.

Yep, definitely KpOy 55mm Egi with the A.schild movement and I remember Belkin12 made a 6152 with the double barrel movement below.

The double barrel movement in the 6152 is spectacular to behold. I wish I had saved pictures of it.

Those movements have a lot of history too, I beleive it's a longines design that was used in the old wittnauer military clocks. The type that were mounted to the dash boards of various military vehicles and aircrafts.

Pretty cool mashup sticking one in a vintage panerai.

It also looks very sexy due to the large size of the movement. The plexi on the caseback is huge. Not to mention the fact that those movements look really cool and symmetrical.

They were used by Wittnauer, but they are not Longines, it's a Revue Thommen patented design ;)

Longines had an 8 day design, but it looks quite differently:
