There you go. I chatted with Alex not long ago, I am sure that he is doing his very best and is a bit slow on answering emails.

There were times when I received up to 60 emails a day, answering every one of them the same day would have kept me away from all the work I had. I tried and almost killed myself while trying to satisfy everyone.

My best advice, please don't send multiple emails a day or a week, once a week is more than reasonable.

Also like Michael wrote above, here in my country Easter was a few days ago, so a lot of holidays, 1st, 6th and 9 May also. Usually I work on my free time but this holidays I'm trying to spend with my parents and relatives. So sorry if someone have unanswered messages.

Can anybody please kick Alex´s ass ? Since Jan 2025 I´m waiting for my watch . I´ve sent him parts to finish my project. Since then I´m waiting. Again , I´m not amused.

No, via PM. Sometimes he answers, sometimes not. WA is no good for me !

I am a little puzzled.
Above you mentioned that your last contact was on Jan. 2025 but on your other post from 30.09.2025 you wrote that last contact was 4 weeks before … that means beginning of Sept. 2025.
So what is correct?
