By the seller description it sounds that it needs service and mainspring (like @yoda said). He told me that you can adjust the time, the balance wheel looks ok but won't wind. That is why I'm assuming something is broken.

Doesn't wind is not broken, just not working properly and it is probably some easy business. A broken staff is no problem either.

I just don't like how number two looks.

The guy is selling 6x 616 for 195€ each, at least on eBay. I talked with the seller and found that he lives 10m drive away from me. Waiting for the response of how much he could sell each.

I only need 1 movement. If any of you have interest buying the remaining I can propose buying all for less money.

Anyone interested?
