I'm working on my own pad-printer too ... really close to the one you built ... and I've been looking at those XYZ rotating tools for weeks on Aliexpress ...

They are amazing quality given the price, just that there is not much movement given the size, so you need a bigger set of linear platform to do major xy adjustment and then use these smaller ones for microadjustmets.

So you have an XYZ+rotating feature for the he dial and an XYZ feature for the printing plate ... all this mounted on a larger XY plate ...
