I'm not sure if it's NW, because it's obtained from My friend,.but from the picture, it seems to be a little different from NW3646 case.

I tried to make a similar dial myself. It seems close, and there is a lack of filled lume.

thats a different dial but looks also good

Kiefer is a one piece dial with applied lume on the top!
the one you show now, is a sandwich dial - the cutouts are filled with resin and behind the dial/resin there sits the lume in containers
