Wondering how this brand get away with any lawsuit!? After all the case looks 80plus percent close.

Anyway, I personally think this case set is pretty good size to mod a mini Egi for my wife! ImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

I wonder why ebay seem to have relaxed on ‘marina militare’? Seems to be a lot of watches with this text for sale there of late.

Keep in mind that a patend can not exceed 20 years ,i think.Look what is happening with medication and their clones from other companies (Like aspirin) .You can not keep a patend or copyright for ever !Another example is Mickey Mouse no longer its a copyright for disney

Afaik drugs are protected only for 7-8 years, before generics can be legally sold.

Maybe because you cannot patent a name. Richemonte <sp> tried to get around it by saying "on a watch".

I have a relative certainty, that, say, the Italian Navy would have a problem with it, too.
