According to them, the issue is that AWSKY is using similar marketing to the one used by Panerai (I'm guessing the Italian navy theme, etc, etc)

I forgot Panerai is trying to claim ownership of certain Italian words.

Keep in mind that a patend can not exceed 20 years ,i think.Look what is happening with medication and their clones from other companies (Like aspirin) .You can not keep a patend or copyright for ever !Another example is Mickey Mouse no longer its a copyright for disney
