Where can I get hands like those and by Ali you mean Alibaba or Aliexpress? Or other option

The hands came on the watch from aliexpress. I aged them a bit and relumed. The watch was from Geervo store.

My personal guess would be that you can take the blue version and grind it carefully.
Chances are that you find brass under the coating, which you can age as you like.
