at the end of the day all your work has positive outcomes ... you continue to explore/build ... and we all benefit in many ways

Thank you so much everyone for your kind comments and feedback.
I know size is a bit, clownish for most people, but like I mentioned im developing a unique watch for just my wrist, and anything less than 44 looks girly on my 8.2" wrist.
Can they be scaled down? ofcourse they can if someone is interested in such a project but at this point its not my intention. Ive always wanted to create a watch beyond the constrains of what gen looks like and finally got the chance to start doing it.
I started working on the insides of #2, rotating bezel done, caseback is fixed. figured out a way for everything to be front loaded
Esdee, absolutely love the sound of this project and is something I’m exploring myself so will be keeping a close eye on this one.
All the case design options you have are great. I’d say that No: 2+3 are my choices.
No:2 obviously has more of the Italian Pam diver style and will work very well.
No:3 with the rounded belly has more of a vintage diver feel and probably my fav out of the two. It’ll probably sit better on the wrist and feel smaller.
I’d agree with another comment about finishing of the case and having it brushed rather than polished. It’s a tool watch and if it’s polished it’ll scratch too easily whereas being brushed will hide day to day dings.
Main thing though is to do what you like, it’s your watch, do what you love we all know it’ll be shit hot when it’s done!

all of them are between 47-49mm but since its something made from scratch they can be scaled up or down, sky is the limit.
for my 8.2" (gorilla) wrist/taste these sizes are optimal
