Pani in ZA ( Zuid Africa) has a message on his site, saying that the shop will be closed until October 2018.

We all know that October 2018 was a while ago. He has a problem, for some reason they cut the electricity 10-14 hours a day and because of that he rarely boots up his computer.

He is available via the email address on his site, but some waiting time is to be expected.

The reason is currently called "stage 4 load shedding", i.e. scheduled rolling black outs made necessary by many years of mismanagement (in BBC's words) of the power utilities. BBC explain here:
