These watches have just caught my attention, and from what I can tell, the price of sub $50 indicates that they are not Shanghai watches, but in fact, my best guess is that they are made by the entry-level Chinese watchmaker Heimdallr, who is making a homage of a homage by marketing these under the more famous watchmaker name Shanghai, which is a bit more expensive.

These are the specs for the lesser Heimdallr model:
Heimdallr Shanghai 8120, sometimes shown as 7120 (Swiss Eterna KonTiki homage), 36mm, acrylic, triangle indices, manual movement, 3 bar(if you're lucky!), $27-49 street pricing.

Currently, I cannot find any models on the watchmaker Shanghai's website offering a Swiss Eterna KonTiki homage, typically 44mm, MSRP $2500.
