Ok, maybe the best place to start this restoration would be to ask kindly for help identifying the pieces that I have now, since I have no idea. Can anyone please determine if my case is AliExpress or River, or? Thinking back, I believe that Kev said it started life as a 127 clone.

Also, I realize the existing crown guard has just been flipped over and a larger 6152-1 CG would really look nice. So, new dial, hands and CG. Is Nightwatch still making plexi's?

Guys, thanks in advance for any assistance and please feel free to make upgrade suggestions as if this was YOUR watch.

Cheers!

It certainly appears to be an older 127/fiddy case set with the CG flipped - which I think is a bonus becuse the Ali X 6152/1 case set is less comfortable to wear due to the long lugs. Also, the Ali case sets have only been around for a couple of years and you've obviously had your watch for quite some time.

Unless you are proficient enough to disassemble the watch to determine the parts and sizes to ensure you're ordering replacements that fit, I would highly recommend that you reach out to @Belkin12 who could transform your watch into exactly what you wish for. It's important to understand that with these homage pieces that parts and pieces are rarely interchangeable - so just fitting a 6152/1 CG to a fiddy case is not a straight swap and might need some skillful adjustments to fit properly.
