6154 Incoming from Belkin
Having collected all the parts, case set from Athaya, 1960’s 6497 movement with extra tall canon pinion from EBay and hands kindly lumed by our own Norton, it all got sent off on the long ( time wise) journey to Dmytro aka Belkin. D serviced the movement, made gaskets for the crown and case back, and a set of springbars, but the crowning piece is his dial. Always accommodating, he cut it with extra fine RP text as is my preference and then did this beautifully lumed and painted dial which I know will look even more impressive in the flesh.

A couple of hours ago, I bought this pocket watch for either a conversion into a wristwatch or taking the movement for a PAM build.

I think, every time I say, "this is my last project," a fairy dies.
