Cleaning the watch spare parts drawer..

Post by dadog13 »

…and I found this! Long forgotten from pre-2010 when I was more into Vintage PAM. So much time passed that I don’t know anymore what I have (or had) during my Vintage PAM journey.

I have recently sold some stuff here on the forum and still selling on VDB built 6152/1.

All I remember that back in the days, I was buying a lot these Angelus SF240 clocks, parts,..wanting to build something special. As the spark went out, all of these stuff was just placed in various boxes with spare parts.

If I haven’t used them for over 10 years, I guess I will never do so maybe it’s time to list them on the forum but before I do, need some help.

All I know is that they are key alarm SF240 movements with the one of them working when wound (the one in the golden plated round case with gold hands).

All the help is apreciated so I can set a fair market price and eventually list them for sale on the forum.

You probably need $800 to convert them into a pole on chain, but in fact, the 240 alarm clock on eBay costs around $200. Now you can buy a 240 movement that can be directly converted for 5-8 dollars.
