Greetings from the Mississippi Gulf Coast!

Post by The Vostok Guy »

Hello everyone! My name is Josh, and its a pleasure to be here with other watch junkies... errr... I mean enthusiasts! I've been collecting watches for about 20 years or so and was active on quite a few of the boards out there, including the previous Incarnation of this board. After a few career changes, marriage, and kids, I thought it was time to get back into the hobby and see what's new and happening in this wonderful world... :)

I can only imagine your excitement at seeing the progress the artisans on this board are creating....
True gilt dials, vintage inspired masterpieces Panerai would quite frankly have in their museum, Blancpain homages that even Rolex would say came first...Oysters of every coastline that would be suitable for any menu, let alone passion report....this place is incredible.

Welcome and welcome back Vostok Guy! Like @Geoffrey said, the scene really has gotten interesting. A lot of basic build parts are a lot more readily available now, a bunch of tutorials and quite a lot of specialists here with amazing abilities and equipment. Sharpen up those screwdrivers!
