Ahahaha! Good one! I really dig this and I really don't have any problems with a 6498 in there, it's gorgeous with the dial hands and case!dj57 wrote: ↑February 24th, 2023, 12:45 pmGood question
I've been waiting for this question since my first post, but no one has asked until now
It is a UNITAS 6498 (ARNEX TIME Co INC). The dial fits without modification.
Since 1-2 weeks I have been thinking of an upgrade (Rolex crown and caseback).
Yesterday I ordered the same case again. I would like to add a Rolex crown and wanted to be on the safe side before damaging the case that I have.
I already have a Rolex crown. Maybe I‘ll take another crown.
I'm also looking for someone to convert the display caseback into a sterile one. Can anyone help here?

Re: The perpetual wrist shot thread
Look closely at the lugs! A 1961 high end 23 jewel genuine Hamilton movement, but I won't open it up as it is a split stem thing and it has to come out from the front. I serviced it five or six years ago and it starts as soon as I touch the crown. Unfortunately the owner died, a good friend and a long time collector, his family wanted me to keep one as a memory of a good friend and this is it. I wore it at his funeral.
