Do you have any info about this interesting wrist compass?

It's interesting almost looks homemade. Most wrist compasses I've seen have more industrial, beefy cases. That looks like a dress watch case.

There is a lot of this kind of small wrist case used for the Russian vintage compass, but never seen with this dial.

Really more expansive there is the wcc (waltmann) wrist compass
