Nice read! .. so I shouldn't jump in the pool or beach unless the watch is at least 100m tested?

How about using one of those cheap water testers sold on Ebay ... although I think they do not go over 6 ATM?

By Swiss testing technically yes. I used to have a 30 meter wr tissot touch, used to shower with it till it came time for a better change. I thought 30Meters meant 30 meters. apparently 30 meters means something else in the watch world.
