Thanks for the pictures. I wonder if you can fit a 6497/98 or maybe a Molinjia and a slimmer caseback.

Experiments to follow when I get mine.
Couple of more insights that will be useful. The case back is snap off not screw down, I scratched my case back up real nice before finally figuring that one out. Thankfully the movement and dial come out from the bottom so it’s not one of those cases where you have to pop the bezel off, as well.

Dial size is 34.5mm

A 6497 or Molnija will most definitely not fit. The movement appears to be a ST2555.

Main disadvantage is that lugs are like on modern Pams, with spring lock so not good for a vintage build
Also the lugs are so fat. As put, they are not for vintage builds

Sorry, though this is not for a vintage build, it still looks nice

This is a different case from the one I ordered. Mine has drilled lugs with fat spring bar. The one you’re referencing is the one Kpoy was writing about.

Aaaaw. The snap-on case back is a disappointment. How is the lume on the dial that comes with?

Mine is still in the mail system somewhere. I might just use as is.

The lume is mediocre, I’m not a huge lumenaut and the shading of the lume is quite pleasant so I’ll probably leave it as is.

The snap back was a bit of a disappointment to me too, but hey, they’re being faithful to the original lol

Mine finally came today!

I like it. I am going to use it as it is. Decent strap also. Bonus!

Very nice! I’m going to mod mine but it was a difficult decision, it’s quite nice as is!

Thought I’d update this thread with the final product of my Luminor Due build. Custom dial by Niranjan, only other mod was replacing the crystal with plexi for a more vintage look...
