Solder was my first thought, in house so to speak. I don't know anyone who are micro welding.
A friend of mine does offer micro welding jobs using a jeweler TIG welder (and it's more or less cheap).

If in the end you change your mind, let me know.

Even the Amazon? Well the customs duty are prepaid and there should not be an issue. Anyway, I think you should try nw too as he made this set right for this very purpose
