All I need is someone, who is a member on that forum to reach out to the seller, tell him that there is someone who what’s to buy the watch he is selling and give him my email address or just pass his email address to me.

You could install Tor Browser and switch exit nodes until you "are" in Germany and bob's your uncle

EDIT: I tried registering but gave up once they tried forcing Google spying technologies on me.
