Not junk as such..they run pretty well for years without issue.. but definitely not an angelus

The a649x is a reliable workhorse in my experience.
The decoration on that one is pretty cool too.
It might not be worth a fortune, but I wouldn't call it junk.
Arguably my favorite movment I own is a DSN 618 (which is just a beautifully decorated a6497).
I own several angelus 240s and they are all high maintenance and unreliable.

It's an IWC vintage pilot movement copy.
The IWC 98300
But it's based on an Asian 649x

That example has cdg and yours has a pretty unique decoration pattern. I wonder if these were used in another watch also? Was your movement re-finished by someone?
