Did you thin out that midcase? It looks narrower then the DSN. More like the original!
Yeah, i thinned it a bit, they are quite thick with sharp edges to start with

I agree!
I have been noticing for quite a while now that Alhig72 is a rising star in the world of dial painting. Especially heavily aged dials.

I sprayed it brown first and sanded with 2000 grit paper, then sprayed black on top and sanded that with 2000 grit until the brown started to show thu in the middle slightly,

Thank you, the kiefer is a tricky one, too neat on the lume and its not right, too messy, not right either, i painted and stripped the dial and started again 3 times before i was happy
