At first I avoided this thread as I have seen these before and never seen one I liked, Then I saw the Fifty Fathoms and thought...OK possibly....Then I saw the Zero Graphe and got more enthusiastic . I also like that ZeroGraph bezel for the Mille Metri that esdee did

I currently am rebuilding my little lathe to be able to do bezels by hand. I wasn’t entirely happy with the printed stuff. I‘ll give this another try though but I need to finish another design first that I‘ll submit for printing as well.
It may take a bit but I‘m still on it...

I spent the better part of two nights on watching tutorials and came up with this. This whole 3D modeling thing is really quite fun!

Outlines are drawn off a picture of the original in Inkscape and then imported to Fusion360 where the extrusions were made...

DONT bother with the bezel markings on the outer edge. Proper indentations would require too much tooling and calculations.

Best to just do small vertical mill cuts... that's how I did mine. Came out Great.

Nice! Did you mill the markers as well? What case did it go on? I can’t tell from your picture - does your bezel slope to the middle like the original? Exciting version!

Rolex Zerograph looks cool, the 50 fathoms or Rolex Special Deepsea? For the guys that prefer the massive blocks of 47mm to 60mm watches, any Rolex model may be out of the running.

For my 2 cents, I prefer something that does not have a date window ... a clean dial.
