bronze isofrane buckles?

Post by Mellons »

Anyone know source for bronze isofrane screw-in buckles? I have one, purchased a while back looking for another... unbranded.

Hi Mel, I believe it’s Martin aka “Sedlinarkrage” over on WUS.
Good luck and happy hunting

Just realised martin no longer makes these- a while back he made one as well as an aluminium version. Both had a pin rather than screw in bar. Found ebay seller who has bronze with screw in bar “San Martin Watch Band Clasp 22mm Bronze Brass Rubber Watchbands Strap Pin Buckle”

Maybe heating a steel version until it reaches the temperature necessary to get a brown surface?
