Buckles made by straps68

So it's taken some time, but here are some buckles of my labor :) finally completed. Finished with hand tools only, except for the engravings of course ;).

Four of the buckles are made based on measurements taken from a gen vintage compass buckle and so they are 27mm, one is a different design and is 24mm. Some are more rounded and some are less. All inside edges are finished and the corners are square. One of the buckles has gen like 45 degree bevel on the inside edges, whereas the others are more rounded, the pins are finished on all surfaces as well.

Opinions, please?

Made some pre-v buckles this time around. I tried to get close to gen and I think they look OK.

have you made any sterile bronze 22mm or 24mm pre v buckles?

Nope. I asked at the place where I had the steel blanks cut but they said no to brass :(
