These kind of domed crystals are also bailable via eBay. Often you can fin NOS. Try a worldwide search with the keyword „punaise“

Thank you. Indeed i found many nice domed crystals with your keyword!

I suddenly got very busy a few days ago. So i put the watches back into the safe. Hopefully i can update with either clearer pictures of the watch again and the bezel construction or show that the bezel has already come off.

Oh i dont really have a watch knife that was mentioned in one of the advice so need to order one too

Can you post the pics again, please? Because they seem to have gone.

Thank you.

Here are some photos. Actually, since we lost the old photos somewhat, should we delete and restart the thread? ImageImageImageImageImageImage

They are... The problem is they are pretty old and in need of restoration i think... For example the bezel is supposed to turn (and with it the inner ring with the triangular marker) but its mostly stuck. One of the watch has many non original parts, hands, crown and crystal.

Movements on both ought to be serviced but i have no idea how they can be disassembled.

What i would love to do, is to try to restore one of them, this would mean, making a new dial, installing a new dome plexi, and a new crown...

I think the best way is, to clean up everything very well, maybe because of dirt the bezel not turning well. I would keep the patina of the watches, change the not original parts and also do a movement service
