Looks good but the marker at nine looks slightly askew.

So, I just came across a YouTube vid where the monobloc San martin got a dial change. You simply flip the bezel off then use a jaxa case opener, ( there are slots for this) to remove an inner metal ring which also holds the crystal, you twist clockwise on this thread to untighten the whole unit.
Then it's simply remove hands and dial, install new dial and hands retighten, press bezel back on hey presto MM300

It has a double dome sapphire, you are seeing refraction

Forgot to say, you have to use original rehault but it needs sanding down to fit
